I'm moving flat, what internet provider should I go with? (Wales, UK)

The shortlist is Zen, Plusnet, Sky or BT. It's fucking expensive and the limit is only 1-3mb/s (ugggggggggggh). But Plusnet offer free upgrade if we get fibre optic installed in our road.
Has anyone had any experience with Zen? Which gives them a good review.
