Help? Authentication failed?

Not sure where to ask for help, but I don't see anywhere else tod o it. I've had this ever since I tried linking my imgur account maybe a year ago, but I never bothered fixing it. Now that I actually want to use the site, I'm still getting an "authentication failed" error when trying to access the chat.

There doesn't seem to be anything I can do to get around it. Is there a site admin who can help?
