What was the most disturbing movie you've ever watched?

For me it was "A Serbian Film".
As a Serbian, i just blindly clicked on it, assuming it was a comedy...and I was so so so so so disturbed. Worst was when I went to my friends house and she actually owned a DVD copy of it
