What's one thing you've learnt as you've got older?

I've started to realise this year that there's always going to be work to do, especially in a job. I see so many friends or family in jobs where they're constantly stressed about doing work, but really it's like a never ending cycle. My aim is to find a job that has a balance, and if it doesn't, stick to my guns because there will always be work and I shouldn't sacrifice my wellbeing and stress for the sake of it.
