Inclusive Holidays/Vacations in Europe

So I'm trying to book/organise a holiday for myself and Michael next year around Europe (preferrably italy), and want to know what sort of travel companies or sites do all inclusive holidays (as we don't drive too so it needs to be something like that). Anyone got any ideas?
