A few friends and I were discussing counter terrorism measures in newly built shopping centers and train stations in the UK.
There's a shopping center in Bristol called Cabot Circus. Cabot Circus has been designed in a way that makes it difficult to enter with a vehicle. The thing is, these are disguised as things that people are used to seeing. Plant pots etc.
My question is this: would you prefer counter terrorism measures to be visible and obvious or disguised and hidden from view?
