Have you guys ever had really vivid dreams you remember?

Had a pretty trippy one myself.

Some people in the world could fly, but the wings were kinda like auras and you really had to take a long running jump.
The government started shutting down areas people would jump off to start flying and capturing people because it wasn't "normal". We (me and two anon friends who couldn't fly), found a room we'd visited 10 years previous.
It was shut down and there was an open balcony so I said I have to fly and find people with physical wings to prove it was normal
for some reason i needed to take food with me so we made a pulled pork sandwich.
But i filled the kettle up and turned it on (apparently it was essential to the sandwich) and it started overflowing
then we knew we only had like ten minutes before the gov't arrived.
So i grabbed the sandwich, took a running jump and flew out and the others were arrested, and I woke up when I reached the edge of the countryside.
