Pokemon GO vs Ingress vs FREEDOOM

So, pretty much everywhere I go and everyone I hang out with are playing either Pokemon GO or Ingress. Don't you people realise that it's a conspiracy to brainwash the people of the world?!?!

Anyway, the point of this is thus: Do you play Pokemon GO, do you play Ingress, or are you free from all such constraints?

Also, why?
