What was your favourite food festival that you've been to?

I've been to some local wine ones, and food ones, but my favourite one hands down is the Poutine one they have here. They come out with some crazy ones like double cheeseburger poutine, general tso poutine, fois gras poutine etc etc. it's just a mind blowing experience
