Best chocolate?

I'm going for product/location (e.g. Galaxy - UK, Hershey - US).
I'd usually prefer dark, but ultimately I think milk choc is superior.
American vs UK chocolate is also debatable, as I find American chocolate to be quite bland and "dusty"? Opinions?
