Would you hire a fat person?

We had a discussion in chat earlier about hiring fat people and some people feel that companies are biased especially in retail.

So - if you had a choice between two people with the same qualifications, same abilities and neither had health problems would you automatically choose the skinny person or would it not matter to you?
