I need suggestions fast.

So, last night I was having drunken sex with my SO and he was using a small training dildo on my ass. We both were really wasted so I don't remember much but long story short I think the dildo is stuck in my ass.
What can I do to get it out without resorting to an ER just yet? I'm on vacation in another state so I really don't want to have to call sand ask my dad for my insurance info.
