Hypothetical scenario: You're in a long-term relationship, and you guys break up. During the breakup you hook up with someone else, and become fwb. After a month of being broken up, you get back together.

While trying to break things off with the fwb, he makes moves at you, but you manage to stop anything seriously bad from happening. (ex: He kisses her, she stops it, he tries to go down her pants, she stops it, etc)

1) Do you tell the boyfriend about hooking up with someone else while broken up?
2) Do you tell the boyfriend about the less-than-PG encounter with him once back together?
